How do i switch to Digest mode of receiving messages instead of single emails?

I sent a mail to listserv@listserv.uga.edu giving this command in the body:
SET DIGests

But it returns the following error by email:
> SET DIGests
Missing argument - specify the subscription options you would like to
update.
