Hi!

I just want to know how to include an intercept term
in my nested logit equation. I'm using PROC MDC of SAS
8.2. The manual appears to be vague and techsup has
yet to reply to my email. I'd appreciate ANY
assistance anybody in the group can offer. Thanks.
