Subject: I/O error

Has anyone else encountered (&hopefully solved) this I/O problem when reading large files?

[WIN 2000 Advanced Server, SAS version 8.2.]

SN-008231 "Error: An I/O error has occurred on file xxxx.xxx data. Error: File xxxx.xxx data is damaged. I/O processing did not complete" error messages appear on Win2000

M$ recommends Service Pack 3, which, unfortunetly, we already have.

Any direction/suggestions would be gratefully received.

- Matt
