I remember the first time I saw a demo of the video editor in SAS.  Is that
still in here?  At the time I was thinking SAS has everything, INCLUDING the
kitchen sink.  And of course they have a Source Control Manager too:-)  I
believe you need SAS/SHARE to make it run and I guess SAS/AF too.  Here's
the short blurb from SAS Help.
About Source Control Manager
Source Control Manager (SCM) is an application that provides source
management for applications development in the SAS System. SCM is included
with SAS/AF software
