1. From the SAP aquire the summary table shells plus details and definitions
for creating any needed derived variables.
2. Derive the variables you need to perform the efficacy analysis and store
them permanently in an analysis dataset named Eff01 for example.
2. Validate the derived variables by having an independent programmer
recreate them and use the COMPARE procedure to confirm a match.
3. Input the Eff01 dataset. Process its data so it contains the information
requested on the SAP table shell. Output the information to file ensuring
the presentation and format are compatable with the SAP table shell.
4. Validate the summary table by having an independent programmer recreate
the numbers but not necessarily the SAP report formatted output.
