Aj,
First, if anyone says they have a simple routine for figuring out which
points are outliers, they are wrong :-)
Outliers in what sense? (influential points, high leverage points,
possible data entry errors etc)
For what purpose? (To ensure data quality? To improve a model? For
prediction, or explanation? etc.)
For what analysis? (Univariate stats? OLS regression? something else?)
For data collected how (Experiment? Observational study? Survey?)
In the dependent variable, or the independent variables,or both?
The standard text is Outliers in Statistical Data, by (I think) Barnett
and Lewis; but it is NOT simple, and may not be what you want
Without context, there is nothing to recommend

Hi,
I am trying to find the ways to find outliers in data. I have used
proc
univariate option.
I would like to know simple options where I can find easily. I would
appriciate your time.
Thanks,
Aj
