Subject: Extracting ch-squared and Pvalues from crosstabs
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Dear Listers?

I have some 5 "dependent" categorical variables, and some 50 "independent" factors. As a preliminary analysis, I use chisquared test (from crosstabs) to determine the degree of saasociation between each pair of dependent-independent factors. Given the large no. of tests Involved, I would like to summarise the results in a table of the form:

Dependent Var = Knowledge by Indep-Var Pearson-chi-squared df Sign %-or-no-of-cells-with-exp-freq<5 Fsize 15.497 4 .004 22.2% Age 12.092 4 .017 0 Condom 0.278 2 .870 16.7 etc.

Thanks you.
