Martins,

You need to go back to your local SPSS office, and ask them for a new license code. Re-install will not help. Ensure you ask for a license code for both Tables modules. The new Tables module using a modified version of the syntax so your old syntax won't work - there is however a syntax converter shipped with 11.5 which will convert 'old' syntax to the 'new ' syntax for you.

Note: the new module is much easier to use, and allows you do everything you could do in the old module.
