Hi Wade,
That did not solve the problem on this side, but as might be logically expected the solution is to automatically "Always trust content from SAS Institute, Incorporated", as I understood from SAS-NL (for which many thanks). See also: http://support.sas.com/techsup/unotes/SN/002/002545.html

We have a similar problem which is related to the internet options in IE. (We have V5.0)
In order for the search functionality to work, we have to do the following...
In IE, select Tools, Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings then deselect both of the check boxes in Automatic configuration.
