Yes, with some difficulty. See Chevell Parker's paper "Using ODS to Generate Excel Files" at <http://support.sas.com/rnd/base/topics/templateFAQ/Excel1.pdf>.

I have heard that facilities will be better in forthcoming versions of SAS.
