Subject: rename all *.sav files automatically to file1.sav, file2.sav,
              ..., file200.sav
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Dear list,

I have a question:

there are 200 *.sav files in a folder, each has the same format, i would like to rename them to file1.sav, file2.sav, ..., file200.sav, so that i can add all the files together with a macro. Can anyone give me some suggestions how I can do that? many thanks in advance!

greetings,

Cady
