Hi

The following creates a file containing only cases with salary>50000.

GET FILE='c:\program files\spss\employee data.sav'.

COMPUTE filter$=salary>50000. FILTER BY filter$. SAVE OUTFILE='c:\temp\salaries gt 5000.sav' /UNSELECTED=DELETE.

HTH

Hi all,

Is there a way to do the following.

I want to drop cases/participants based on a conditional statement.

Drop cases if their scores on dog1 are greater than 20 and then save as a new outfile.

Thanks in advance Kind regards Paul Dickson
