Dear all,

I fully agree with Mel. I find no rationale in this outrageous SPSS web-site that includes White Papers.

Some people within SPSS apply the myth of the donkey (us) and its effort to eat a "banana" that hangs over its head (white papers) but it can never eat it.

There is only one difference, we pay for the "banana".

Thanks

Hi, Just to say that I used the support web to obtain a white paper. Unfortunately, I began to lose interest owing to answering questions each time. On the last occasion I was unable to download the paper - oh joy! What we should remember is the SPSS is there to make money and owing to its dominant position doesn't really need to worry about what we as consumers think.
