Howard (or perhaps Joe),
Given that the archives are so valuable, I was wondering how protected
(backup?) they are?
Thanks,

Subject: SAS-L Panel / SAS-L Archives
[This is part of a report on a panel discussion about SAS-L which took
place during the 2003 NESUG conference. Partcipants: Paul Dorfman, Ron
Fehd, Phil Mason, Barbara Okerson, Dianne Louise Rhodes, David Septoff]
On the topics of Archives ...
There was general agreement that the SAS-L archives constitute an
extremely valuable information resource. This was touched upon in
several contexts during the discussion.
Ron would like to see what could be produced by running SAS Text Miner
software against the content of the archives.
Barbara pointed out that the archives contain answers to a tremendous
span of problems, from the most basic to the most complex.
Ron encourages people to search the archives and do their "homework" to
avoid asking questions which have already been answered.
