Hello, everyone, it looks like the birds are all really starting to fall into Ga. The Amer. Goldfinches are beginning their assault at the sunflower seeds. Counts are:

Amer. Goldfinch - 37

Purple Finch - 67

Chipping Sparrow - 44

Northern Cardinal - 63

Fox Sparrow - 6

Dark-eyed Junco - 22

Pine Warbler - 6

Yellow- rumped Warbler - 8

Eastern Bluebird - 6

And of course, the others, ex. woodpeckers, white-throats, RC kinglets, house finches, etc. Just wanted to share some of the many visitors that are here and wondering if anyone else had this many or more gracing their yards!

Enjoy the birds always! Lynn Schlup, Oconee, Ga.
