For the last two or three days I have had a red-headed woodpecker coming to my feeders. Although he is new to the feeders he seems very comfortable and aggressive inhis new environment. He is a beautiful bird.

We have had a colony of red-head woodpeckers in our woods for several years but for some reason they never come to the feeders. Hope this one sticks around. I love watching him.
