Subject: Editing charts in v 12
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII
I recently upgraded to v. 12. I am trying to edit some charts
(boxplots) created in v 11.0 and 11.5 and find that I can no longer get
the chart editor to open by double clicking on the image in the output
file. Then I tried re-running the analysis using the v 11/11.5 syntax
file. With the new output, the charts open, but I can't get the scale
on the Y axis to display as it should.
My data are percentages, stored as decimals (e.g., 37.5% is stored as
0.375, etc.). In the old version, I could select the axis, select the
number format tab, change the scale to 0.01, and add "%" as a trailing
character. This would give me an axis ranging from 0.0% to 100.0% in
whatever increments I defined (e.g., 0.0%, 10.0%, 20.0% etc.).
Now I find that I can only enter integer values into the scale box--it
will not allow any values < 1. Is there some other way to get the axis
to display as 0.0%, 10.0%, etc. instead of 0.0, 0.10, 0.20, etc.?
I'm sure there's some way to do this--I've just not been able to figure
out what it is & I've not found any guidance in help, syntax, tutorials
or elsewhere.
Thanks in advance for your help.
