We were at Ray's on the River around 10 this morning, sans binoculars, and
could see lots of ducks & geese way off in the distance downstream. Harry's
company is nearby and he has binocs there but he didn't have his keys with him.
Talk about frustrating!
We were at least entertained by a lone great blue heron and some trout
flyfishermen.
If anyone is in that area I'd sure like to know what you can find. I could
see very large and small, dark and white birds. They were in a cove and on the
banks below Riverbend (is it still called that?). I assumed they would be
wild, but as Harry pointed out there could be a wonderbread station there for
all we know.

P.S. For those not familiar with the area, we're talking about I-75 & I-285
northside of Atlanta.
