Hi!

We're pretty new to SAS here (we are from energy sector), particularly to their solution packages.

Would like to ask you, guys, if somebody has any experience (good or bad) with SAS team in Toronto. They urge us to go with them on project development (data marts, marketing automation, so on). I did some due diligence on their recent projects and found out this strange stuff:

+---------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Copyright (c) 2002 by SAS Institute Inc. | | SAS Campus Drive, Cary, NC 27513 USA | | ---All rights reserved | +------------+--------------------------------------------------------+ |HISTORY:

CANMFN 28OCT2002 Initial coding

CANMFN 28Jan2003 Modified code for change data capture. (i.e. appropriate table name and column name

CANANM 25Jun2003 Defect: change data capture did produce duplicates after second incremental load, logic adjustment

+---------

Looks like guys worked for 6 months with duplicated data (!!??)

Any input is much appreciated.

TIA
