It does to the extent that a non-garbage e-mail client will always
allow the user to *choose* whether content is downloaded when a
message is opened.
I am, of course, making the assumption that most porno spam embeds
links to the material and does not physically attach files. In my
experience when not using Outlook (i.e, when I can actually observe
messages free of non-attached content), this appears to be the case
far more often than not.
