Subject:   Behavioural Data query

I'm interested in shopper behaviour patterns. The type of data I work with is something like this - Stopped at brand A. Browsed Brand A. Didn't buy Brand A. Went to Brand B. Browsed Brand B. Bought Brand B. Left shop.

Is there a branch of statistics that analyses this sort of data ? I'm looking for answers like - How many brands were browsed before a purchase was made ? How many brands were bought ? Conversion rates per brand. Etc.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Regards
