ASSESS: SPSS USERS" GROUP, 18th ANNUAL MEETING FRIDAY 12TH NOVEMBER 2004 MAIN LECTURE THEATRE ROYAL STATISTICAL SOCIETY, LONDON

ASSESS is the user group for SPSS, a computer package for analysing and presenting data (the group is completely independent of manufacturers of the software). Student membership is available at a reduced rate (postgraduate students only).

The meeting is open to all users of SPSS and to anyone interested in SPSS.

Come along to: * hear SPSS users talk about applications,the problems and solutions * hear the latest news from SPSS UK staff about product developments, and put your questions to them * question a panel of experts about particular problems * exchange ideas with other SPSS users * plan for an even better user group.

The headquarters of the Royal Statistical Society is at 12 Errol Street, London, EC1Y 8LX, which is within easy walking distance of three London Underground tube stations. A map showing its location is downloadable from http://www.rss.org.uk/about/direction.html

The conference room is modern and spacious with comfortable seating (there is a lift). Accommodation lists are obtainable from the RSS website http://www.rss.org.uk/index.html.

Coffee, lunch and afternoon tea are included in the registration fee.
