Just back from the Views-UK Conference. From one or two presentations there I understand that one of the aims of 9.1.3 is to take some of the headache out of the installation process. We've not actually gone to 9 yet but there was a talk on installation & configuration which had me *very* worried! Sounds like a nightmare.
