Subject: how to know the observations on a contour plot
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=gb2312; format=flowed

Hi all experts: a contour plot about x*y=z has been generated. Now the problem is how to get the x and y values for a specific point on the contour plot, such as the extreme points of the principle axis of an ellipse which is a specific level of the contour plot? I have tried SAS/INSIGHT, and tried to set up specific values for the contour levels. But SAS still use its default level values. Or, is it possible to import the prior generated contour plots into SAS/INSIGHT, and use the observations to get the x and y value for specific point on the plot? Is there anyone who knows how to realize this function? Thanks in advance!

Best wishes Zhongmiao
