Subject:      How to combine 2 weights?

I'd like to combine to weights ('country' and 'number of employee') and
create 1 weight variable.
What is the quickest way to do so in SPSS? And even more, I wonder if there
exists probably a hidden menu or wizard in SPSS for weighting?
