Well, SAS isn't marketed (or, typically, sold) to consumers.

Note that the response doesn't say that SAS 9 won't run under Windows XP, only that it's not supported. There have been varying reports on SAS-L regarding whether it will actually install and run. Perhaps it varies by SAS sub-release and XP service pack level.

David, SAS 9 is not supported on Microsoft Windows XP Home but is supported on Microsoft Windows XP professional operating system. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
