Question on time: In our shop, we IPL the System in April and October when the time change arrives. What do other shops do to change their time????

In the issue that you have below, it appears to me that you are changing the OS time on the fly. Is that correct??? Please explain a bit as I am curious how your OS time would be different then your cics time... Thanks.

Hi Sergio,

After you reset the OS system time, you need to do a CEMT PER RESET so that CICS resets its internal time date...
