Hi,

Yes you can with SAS/STAT, spec in PROC ANOVA, or PROBMC function with SAS/BASE.

You can : perform Dunnett's two-tailed t test, perform Dunnett's one-tailed t test, testing if any treatment is significantly less than the control perform Dunnett's one-tailed t test, testing if any treatment is significantly greater than the control
