Replying to SAS-L probably is not the best way either. Is Anton Tolchin subscribed to SAS-L or did he send his message via the newsgroup? Does he read SAS-L at all? Probably not, so he does not receive your reply, unless you also send it to him personally.

The moral of my reply to you is: never reply to spam-to-the-list, neither directly, nor via the list.

Yet I do not object against specifically searching and soliciting for SAS- related jobs on SAS-L, like for statistics related jobs on Allstat.
