People,
I was unable to attend the WUSS12 conference.  I would love to get a copy of
the article "Using Microsoft Excel for Data Presentation" by Peter Godard
and Cyndi WIlliamson.
Does anyone know if I can buy a CD of the proceedings or a hardcopy of the
proceedings?

In the abstract they say the article explains how to use VBA to format excel
output, contruct a multiple sheet workbook and create charts from SAS.
