I'm guessing you want some kind of recommendation on SAS books. All the ones I've read from SAS Publishing were good. If you want an intro, start with "The Little SAS Book: A Primer (3rd edition)" by Lora Delwiche and Suasan Slaughter. Get the latest edition, as you'll want to start learning about ODS and such.
