Jeff, The Kipplinger people who sell taxcut(I think) also sell a legal software package. At least they did several years ago. The package had(has?) the ability to let you create a basic consultant's contract without going to a lawyer. The contract produced was good enough to take care of the vast majority of situations. I used it, eon's ago, and asked my neighbor/ lawyer to look it over. He said it was valid, would stand up in a court of law. Hope this helps Dave

Hi:

I just got a small (3-4 month) SAS consulting project from a local government organization, I don't have any experience of writing contracts and deciding on the pricing, can someone please help me with a sample copy of SAS consulting contract and also how to come up with a quote for the project. Or any pointers of SUGI papers?.

Your help is appreciated.

TIA, Jeff.
