Subject:   using limit retrieved cases in database wizard
Content-Type:   text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

I want to limit my retrieval of cases from an Access database to all cases except those with the ID of 32. In the criteria box I have populated the first expression field with the variable 'ID' and used <> in the relation field (as there isn't a not equal to expression). My question is what do I type in the second expression field? I tried 32,32 and <32>32 and every related combination I could think of. How do I tell SPSS that I want every case except ID = 32?

Thanks~

Tara Bisel
