Subject: *.SPS files for importing US Census data?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Does anyone know where there are syntax files to import the SF3 US Census into SPSS? Currently I am re-writing the SAS code provided at the census FTP site. This is a huge pain since there are 76 files and I also have to import the variable names using a DICTIONARY statement. BTW, I already know that the site CLAIMS that my local distribution site has SPSS code. They do not. Cheers, Rob _________________________________________________ Rob Penfold, PhD Postdoctoral Fellow Clinical Research Institute Columbus Children's Hospital 700 Children's Drive Columbus, OH, 43205 (614) 722-3589 voice (614) 722-3544 fax
