You may have done nothing wrong.
Have you changed your email address? I didn't think so.
Now then. Here's the key question. Is it possible that your
system administrator made a small change in the email address for
your mail server and didn't bother to tell you? I'm sure s?he
thought it was 'transparent to the user' but it can mean that
your outgoing mail has a (slightly) different address than before,
and that can be (more than) enough to throw off the listserv
software.
