Also, if your chart/graph looks funny when you get it into Word, try "copy object". I've had that happen but I cannot remember the situation in which it occurs.

Good Morning,
Use Copy for one table or graph of any kind and paste that one table or
graph to the clipboard and into the word document. The problem is that
COPY works with a single graph or table.
For multiple tables, text, etc no problem COPY ALL to the clip board and
paste into the word document.
Multiple graphs are the problem. COPY will move one at a time to the
clip board and document, and I have never found a way to copy multiple
graphs to the clip board and into a word document. COPY ALL just does
not work when there are graphs in the output.

Hi list,
I'm trying to export to my output to MsWord and I'm not in success.
I'm currently working with SPSS v12.0.2 and MsOffice 2002 (XP).
My desired result should be a MsWord document with pivot tables and
graphs pasted as pictures/images into Ms Word.
- If I use the export option, the pivot tables are not pasted as
Pictures/Images.
- If I use the Script Export Pivot Tables to Word2.sbs (original by
SPSS, modified by John Hendrickx to format tables) from Raynald's web
page, the graphs are not pasted into MsWord
I've got a lot of pivot tables and graphs to export (arround 1500).
TIA
-
