Subject: Class dicotomous variable in Proc mixed
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Hello,

I know if I have an independent categorical variable, say, X, I can use 'class X' before model statement. However, for dicotomous variable, say, X=0/1 if I use or not use class X, it appears that the output is different. So how to interpret the difference of estimates and p-value? I am not sure how SAS handles these differenctly.

Thanks,

Zhu
