Hallo Joana,

may be the extraction of the spo-file in a word-, excel- or html-file is an alternative for you. For this, click in the viewer (sorry I have the german version of SPSS) ->Datei ->Exportieren and than choose the suitable format of the output file. You have also the possibility only to export the grafics or only the tables. Hope this helps you.

Best regards,

Bernd
