sas: 8.02 TS 02M0

Have used v6,7,8,9 for years on multiple platforms, and on 
a platform where it has 8.02 am getting something new, not 
seen before...

In the last couple weeks, periodically have been getting
popup message title: "Enhanced Editor" with a message:
"The file D:\mypath\myfile.sas has changed outside of the
editor.  Reload it?"

As far as any application I have open, nothing has the .sas file
open except for the 8.02, but yet popup seems to indicate different.

I checked some, online in SAS Support search engine, but haven't
come across anything yet.

Has anyone seen this message before, when you know 
nothing else should be having the file open or be accessing it?   
Any ideas?
