In my experience with UltraEdit
this message relates to your settings
of how often you want to write backups:
every X time periods
living in thunderstorm country
I have my autobackup set to every four minutes.
This message indicates that two processes are handling the file:
obviously your "Enhanced Editor" is one of them.
Check for:
* another process (text editor) on your machine having the file open
* another person accessing a file via LAN, etc.
