Subject: Finding a cities by zipcode
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

People, Anybody know of a way to delinate a city from a metropolitian area by zipcode? If not what would someone add to be able to delinate a city from a metropolitian area?

I have a file of demographic data that is at the zipcode level. When I sum a numeric variable, population for example, of a large city the result is a large number. The population number is large because the zipcodes associated with a city include those in the metropolitian area as well as those in the incorporated city. I want to sum only those zipcodes associated with the city proper.

Thanks Dave
