Thank you very much for your suggestion. In fact, I read the book "The Little SAS Book". It gave me basic understand of SAS. I just want to learn more about those building blocks that I learned from that book.

Scott, As you suggested, I would like to learn more about how SAS complies and executes a DATA step. You mentioned to read and understand Chapter 21 of the SAS Language Reference: Concepts doc. and also to read Chapter 2 of the SAS Macro Language: Reference doc. I just want to know where I can find them.
