I need help for the following condition:


I have a data file like:

slno  b1     b2
1      0205  21
2      0306  24
3      0407  28
4      0809
5      1011
6      1213

I need the file like:

21  0205
21  0306
21  0407
24  0809
24  1011
24  1213


If any of u help me how to do it in only SPSS then it would be highly appreciated.
