Subject: Quick tip for SPSS 13
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Good afternoon,

First question: Does anyone have a quick tip in SPSS 13- I am collecting data on a set of variables multiple times a year on the same subjects. Is there a quick way to get SPSS to recreate the variable names and definitions x number of times?

For example: variables are love_1, happy_1, sad _1 then SPSS creates love _2, happy_2, sad _2 and love _3, happy_3, sad _3 and so forth.

Second question: I will calculate compositive scores for each time period for each subject. Can I look at change in scores over time? What do I need to pay attention to in this type of analysis?

Thanks,

Mindy Ing
