My suggestions: [1] Dale McLerran has written about ICCs and computation thereof. You can look up his code in the SAS-L archives. I assume it will run in JMP, but I'm guessing.

[2] Why do you need to look at ICC? Where do your data come from? Do you have a sample with clusters? Consider that you may have a situation where you ought to be doing survey sample analysis instead. I can't tell from way over here, but it is a distinct possibility.
