  Dear Friends.

  When I try to import excel file to SPSS by using the open function I receive the warnings below.
  Why?
  Warning.  Command name: GET DATA
  >(2101) The column contained no recognized type; defaulting to
  >"Numeric[8,2]"
  >* Column 1  Warning.  Command name: GET DATA
  >(2101) The column contained no recognized type; defaulting to
