Subject: Dichotomous Repeated Measures

Dear Listers-

I have data from a study in which subjects were administered a blood sugar test before and after an intervention (N = 98). This test is coded dichotomously (Target range / Above target range). We used the McNemar test to assess changes in responses. We would now like to know whether a change in blood sugar category is associated with other categorical independent variables (e.g., male / female; no support, some support, full support). Is there an extension of the McNemar test or another procedure, preferably available in SPSS, that would be appropriate for this analysis?

Any help is much appreciated.

Anton
