If I run a multivariate ANOVA with one (or two) factors SPSS returns in
the between-subjects factors table only the cases where the
(dichotomous) independent variable has the value "1", but not those
where it is "0". Cases where the IV is "0" do not enter the analysis. I
thought I had unintentionally selected a set of cases but that's not it.
I have run a "select all" before and nothing changes.
Any idea?
