For any new program written in the enhanced program editor format the window
size so that e.g. you can only code as wide as the print preview before the
window scrolls, suggesting you need to indent the carry over. I.e. the bar
separating the explorer from the log and editor windows should be so far
across. Wsave all to set this as your default window layout. Edit old
programs in that window and cut any lines that force the window to scroll.

Seems clunky ...
