Wow. That's kind of a large subject. And you haven't given us anything to
work
with.
So I'm going to recommend that you start out by reading in the SAS Online
Documentation. Start in the SAS/STAT section, with the "Introduction to
Survival Analysis Procedures". Then move to the PROC LIFETEST section and
read through the Overview and Examples sections before going through the
Syntax sections.
You can also go to the SAS Publishing area on the SAS website and look for
books on survival analysis using SAS. That should help you get started.
